Sim for z10

Hi all,

Question could I use a Standard/Micro SIM in my z10 ?

Only asking as the standard sim I can get 1500 minutes 5000 texts 2GB data for less than and blackberry sim offering less min and data.

If I use a standard sim if it works, what disadvantages would it have over a blackberry sim only asking as I have a month left on contract
