Z10 Sideload Webpage Not Working

I have been trying to sideload KiK messenger and possibly more apps on to my Blackberry Z10.

I have downloaded the extension to Google Chrome, turned my device to development mode, and type the IP address in. Every time I try to connect it with the IP Address it gives me this message.

What am I doing wrong :(
