[Bug/Failure] Can't turn off my Z10

I have no idea whats wrong. When I'm holding the powerbutton it starts the countdown as usual but it never shutsdown. It starts up again. I have tried removing the battery but as soon as I put it in again, it starts.

Anyone have any ideas?
