Backup Contacts From 9700 onto Z10

Hi Guys,

I got my Z10 today and I have tried backing up my contacts with BlackBerry Link and it hasn't worked. Is there any other way I can do this or am I going to have to put them in one by one?

/Edit - Apparently it's due to me having them linked to a Gmail account so how do I get them from my gmail account to my phone?

/Edit 2 - Managed to do it with something called CardDAV - this thread can be deleted now :)
