I've been a BlackBerry user since the 1990s. Last month, my employer gave me the opportunity to choose any new phone I liked. As a loyal BB customer, I opted for the Z10. But...what a disappointment. Our office manager is arranging for our airtime provider to take the handset back. I'm genuinely disappointed, but also pretty hacked off that this is the best RIM could do. This product doesn't seem to be market-ready to me. Did any of the design and product teams actually try and use the kit they designed and built? Awful bit of kit. RIP, RIM & BlackBerry.
