So, this is my situation. In my country BIS is expencive, not on world-scale, but for situation in my country. So I did the math, and best thing for me is to get Z10 (in 2 years i would even expences I would have on BIS).
If I get phone trough my operator with data plan it's much more expencive than just to buy brand new from store. I found Z10 STL100-1 for about 310EUR. There is no LTE in my country yet, and who know when it will be. I can get STL100-2 for about 100EUR more, but do I need it?
My operator have HSPA+ and some thing called HSPA+ dual cell. According to operators website that "dual cell" thing provides up to 2x greater speed from regular HSPA+, so my question is does Z10 supports that HSPA+ dual cell?

Z10 in store I found costs 36000RSD (314EUR) and I can get credit for 6 months (so I don't have to give all that money at once, witch is very important to me) And also it comes with 2 year guarantee.
If I want to get Z10 STL100-2 from my operator with data plan I'm using now, they require 20.000RSD (174EUR) at once, and 5000 (43EUR) each month for six months, so that all comes to 50.000RSD (437EUR). And if i get it from operator I would get it Sim-Locked, and most probably with all sorts of operator logos all over the phone and OS.
