BBM contact missing.

please help me yesterday all my bbm contact were there. and this morning its all gone

my pin 24d63ed2 , im from indonesia using z10 provider telkomsel thanks

can anyone help me to restore my bbm contact?

last time we can backup to pc. now store in bbm server right?
