Z10 Only charging from wall

Weird thing I noticed, my Z10 won't charge from a car charger or a battery case. It started just after I installed the latest STL 1 leak. Could that be related?

The phone goes super hot with the two alternate charging methods but not from the wall.

Any ideas?
