BB Z10: How to change encoding method to UTF-8

Hi guys,

Can someone inform me how I can change the encoding method of my BB Z10 to UTF-8?
I was told that some of my problems with the (Greek) language in syncing with outlook 2007 might be solved by changing the encoding of my BB Z10 to UTF-8.
But how can I do that ?
