Keyboard not working, can't do hard reset?

So all of a sudden my keyboard will not work. Every other aspect of the phone is fine. I've read all the threads about possible fixes. Battery pulls, Ignore Words with Numbers, etc.

I want to do a security wipe, but since the keyboard doesn't work, I can't type blackberry to authorize it????

I'm being shipped a replacement device, but still hoping I can fix this one since I won't get it for a few days. I can also NOT connect to BlackBerry Link, haven't been able to for several weeks.
