Okay so i did a security wipe on my bb z10 and when performing the security wipe the screen was stuck there for I believe an hour with the shredding icon there just stuck. I cut the phone on and off multiple times to see if the shredding icon would go away it did not so i checked on the forums and it told me to reboot the whole bb using blackberry link so i did. (mind you im on a Imac). so after i performed the reboot the bb started from scratch as if it was my first day buying/using it with the whole select your language and country info. so now all my data is gone. my question is i really don't care too much for the numbers and photos and such. all i want back is the documents that i had stored and created. theres important information that i need. Ive done countless research with no solutions all the recovery softwares are for PC is there any for iMacs that i can use to recover my documents? or anyway I can go about to recovering my documents? Please I need you guys help.
