Z10 low on juice slower data speeds

I don't know if this is an issue with just my device or others have experienced this as well but when my battery level drops to 10% my phone struggles to load Web pages while browsing. It takes about a minute just to load Google.com but when I charge it and load any page it's blazing fast. Just something weird I noticed and yes it happened more than once.

My Z10 is a stl-300
Running os 10.2.1047
