So I finally picked up a z10 today, switching from my very worn out 8530. After tinkering around with it for a little while I decided to check for updates just to make sure. I noticed 10.1 was available (mine was loaded with 10.0.9) so I downloaded BB Link and started to download the new update. However, at about 4% I got the error that I wasn't connected to the internet....even though I was. After clicking retry and having it instantly error out again, I then tried to download it directly from the website....which came up with the same error. So I attempted to then do the update directly from the phone. Got all the way through downloading the +300mb file, got all the way to 90% installing and then....'please wait'....and then it went RIGHT BACK to the beginning screen. What in the world is going on here? Hopefully I'm not completely destroying my data limit by trying to download this update through the phone. Why won't this update?
