We recently received for our company new BB Z10 phones, and set up our corporate mail with
following configuration:
* Domino server 8.5.1 FP4 is running on AS400 V5R4M0.
* Lotus Traveler 9 has been installed on a Windows 2008R2 server.
* User and email base on Traveler is pointing to the AS400 Domino Directory.
* BB Z10 OS version is 10.1.0.4181, with ActiveSync mail accounts on.
While typing email addresses on the Z10, when composing an email, completion proposes aliases that seem
not to work when sending the mail ( we receive a routing error email - badly encoded -).
We have tested the same configuration with a Windows Phone 8, that proposes same email address aliases,
but this time with better luck.
This makes us believe that this is a BB Z10 client issue, without really understanding what's going on.
Anything that would shed light on our problem is appreciated.
