Problems with the browser freezing

Tried the google/? Fix and the about black fix. No luck.
Does BlackBerry know this problem exists????
Was this phone ready for release?????
Iphone browser doesn't freeze.
Dozens of Android browsers and they're all solid as a rock.
This is like the legacy devices all over again.
Am I supposed to dona battery pull.
Oh wait! I tried that too.
Common guys. It's 2013 and this is your last chance. Get your act together.
Extremely angry and let down. .
But not surprised.
