I dutifully downloaded the new OS when it became available on my Z10. However it now won't turn on!! It loads to 100% and then won't do anything but warm up.
Turned it off and back on but it got stuck again! Battery out and back on but it still won't budge :(
Anyone experience this or know how to fix it? I can't lose my Z10 whilst I'm stuck at home recovering from surgery! That'd just be cruel especially as it's now the weekend :(
