Pictures, videos, and among other things not working properly.

Hello I have had a Z10 for a few months now. I have taken multiple pictures, but only a handful save, only the ones under recently viewed or recently added save. for example if i take two pictures right now, only one would save. then they get deleted after a while because they are only recent ones.

Likewise i also transfered many songs from my old BB via media card and they were working, but now they are all gone.

please help.
