Black screen aftter update of 10.2.0.810

I had updated os 10.2.0.810 but after a hour screen become black .. Even a phone call just only can see the balckbrry z10 sign on the screen

i had tried to reshort my data but also its showing error

any one has the same issue . How to solve

re-instal the old one or what
