10.2 Leak Announcement Z10

I tried to post a comment to the 10.2 Leak announcement using the CB10 app and it told me I have to login to post a comment. I'm logged in. So I'll post here. What I wanted to ask about the new 10.2 Leak is
......typically would a leak such as this one be an indication that the full update is not far off?
