2 way sync

I am having a lot of difficulty with the 2 way sync. I have even called my service provider and they can't help.

When I added my work email which is an imap email, it never added a calendar. Is there a way around this?

My outlook has synced to my z10 but my z10 won't sync with my outlook.

Anyone know how I can fix this? I really need this for work
