Z10 now or wait? Advice please!

Hi all, first post. Thanks in advance for replies.

I am eligible for an upgrade with AT&T and wondering what to do. I currently have an S-II which gets the job done, albeit with a lot of lag. After a bit of research (blogs, reviews, etc.) I narrowed my choices down to the S-4, HTC One, and z10. I made a couple of trips to various AT&T stores, listened to employee after employee tell me how much the z10 and Blackberry suck, and decided I liked bb10 more than any of the gimmicky features of the S-4 and the audio features/build of the HTC One. The question is now what do I do?

I do not want to fall into the "there will always be a better phone" trap where I never upgrade for fear that a better phone will come out the next day. That being said, Blackberry expects to come out with three more devices by the end of 2013 (A10, maybe some dummy tablet, and potentially a low-cost z10 mini, though nothing is certain). There's also the Moto X, Sony i1 Honami, and Nexus 5 all expected to come out some time in the next few months, so I wonder if I should just suck it up and wait to compare them all.

I have no doubt I'd be satisfied with a z10, but if the rumors about the Moto X/Sony i1 Honami/Nexus 5 specs are true, is it worth delaying my upgrade (and dealing with my laggy s-2 for a few months)? Blackberry is doing a good job of updating/tweaking its os so one would expect the z10 to stay competitive.

Finally, if I were to buy the z10 now, should I buy an unlocked version directly from Blackberry (comes with leather case, stereo speaker, extra battery/charger adapter thing, bunch of cables, etc.) or just get the basic AT&T bundle with only headphones and cable included? How good are the included headphones/bluetooth stereo speaker?

Thanks for reading, I know I've asked a lot of questions. You're very close to winning over another person to the BB team!
