New Help z10 users

Good day

i just bought new BB z10 2 days ago i'm new uswer for bb and i wipe system buy accident and all data gone
after that i can't find some apps like clock , Alarm , Calculator , Gallery and music player

there is only ( contact icon , Browser , Calender ,BBM, setting , Blackberry World and massage icon )
i tried to restore it from Blackbeery link and even using DDPB but nothing happened :crying:

please help
