Can't delete Tunein

I needed to backup, reload, then restore today. All went well except for Tunein. The icon isn't displayed anywhere. When I go to my world in BlackBerry World it shows as still installed on my device. However, I can't open it, delete it, or uninstall it. What now? I want it back. Any help would be appreciated.
