Hub problem

I'm having problems with the twitter integration in the hub, when I first bought my phone I used to receive every dm and mention immediately. Now I mostly never receive anything. I restarted, I deleted the account then added it again, same problem and I can't reply to dms the D/R indicator never turns into a tick so it completely ignores the message and never sends it, what should I do please help
