No Sound on Blackberry Z10, not even the alarm

Hi, I just got a new Blackberry z10 and it was working fine yesterday. I could youtube, alarm was ringing..

This morning, I noticed that there was no sound coming from my phone. Not even the alarm. All my volumes are up, and notification set as normal.

Am running on OS 10.1.0.273. Have done a restart, hard reset, and battery pull. Bluetooth is off...still no sound.

Help!
