Z10 text editing on 10.1

I am currently running 10.0.9.422 (official Verizon OS) and am curious if anyone can tell me what the "Magnifying editor Bubble" is like on 10.1. I had a Q10 for 2 weeks and went back to Z10 but noticed that in the Q, the "Bubble" on the Q had little hash marks on either side of it, which the Z does not have. It made it super easy to move throughout text and would love that feature on 10.1 (if and when it rolls our for big red).
