I have a blackberry z10. I use Microsoft Office 365 exchange to sync my contracts, calendar and email with Microsoft Outlook on my desktop. If i set an appointment on my phone it shows up on outlook with the correct time zone. If I change or modify an appointment on my desktop outlook or the outlook Web app it changes the time zone on my to Reykjavik GMT on my z10. This cause the appointment time to move ahead 4 hours.
I have opened an investigation with Microsoft and they tell me it is a Blackberry issue. I cannot find a way to contact Blackberry directly so i emailed my carrier. Microsoft has suggested I open a ticket with blackberry. They have also offered to work with blackberry to fix my issue. I have read online in several forums that many people are having the same problem and no solutions.
Some help with issue would be greatly appreciated as it is very frustrating to have to re date my appointment. It has also made me miss some appointment and being a business product this is unacceptable.
Please help,
Thanks,
