Email accounts login password requests

I keep getting these on my yahoo accounts, and enter what I think is my password, and it doesn't work. After multiple tries, I have to opt "Cancel ". Now I'm not getting any of my emails at those addresses. Anyone else have this issue? If so, how do I get the password for those accounts??
