Battery complains?

I see a lot of people complain about the z10 battery.

I charged my z10 yesterday morning, when I did go to sleep around 2am i got a message i had 20% left, I was on cb, fb, twitter, irc and fell asleep.

When i wake up this morning my phone was still on, 5% battery left.

I don't have battery issues? Where do people get them from?

I use my phone all day because I like it more than my laptop.

But i only have to charge once in the 24 hours or so, except when I make pictures all day long
