BlackBerry os 10.1 update issue

Hi I'm from India and im using a BlackBerry z10 unlocked which I bought from Singapore on a Vodafone India network. My device is Stl100-2 and is running the 10.0.10.90 software. As far as I'm aware the 10.1 o's has been released over a week ago and I have not received it yet. Even tried through the link software. My sister has already updated her z10 with the software and doesn't let me forget it.

Could some one please offer me some clarification as to why I'm unable to update?
