Symbols in Emails???

I am having problems with emails I send on my Z10 to certain local government email addresses. The problem occurs when I send the emails from my iCloud and Go Daddy addresses. Emails from my Hotmail and Gmail accounts go through without a problem. See below...Is or has anyone else having or had this problem? How do I stop it?
