I am new, may be this topic has been covered before but I could not locate it.
I have been using BOLD for work until I bought Z10 and our IT department was gladly to add my Z10 as new device on the server, however with user name, password, and server name it would not activate.
We realised we need BES server 10 but as a large company with few hundred BOLD user our IT department refuse to take risk upgrade BES 4.1.5 to BES 10
Question: is there any way around this? POP, IMAP, exchange are not an alternative option because IT policy not allowed email access from mobile device
I am refusing to go back to BOLD even I can only make call on Z10 if I have no solution.
