Was sitting at my friends the other day and we got into the topic of DLNA. So I mentioned that my Z10 had DLNA and we should try it out on his new LG smart TV. I also asked him if he tried it on his iPhone and he said that he doesn't have that feature so we went on and tried connecting my Z10 to his TV.
All my old videos that I had saved from my 9700 would open and play seamlessly. However when I tried to play videos recorded with the Z10, we got a "file is invalid" message. Somehow, my friend came up with the suggestion that I shoot the video in landscape mode and try playing it then. I did that and it worked!
So how come we cannot play videos unless they're shot in landscape mode? Is it phone or a TV issue?
Also, I was unable to "play to" any video from my phone to the TV. The loading circle would just go on and on.
