Z10 SLT 1 specs.

So I knew that we'd have a different processor on the Non - LTE devices for Z10, BUT it seems we get lesser clock speed as well. Below snapshot shows the processors and the speeds. Wasn't Z10 supposed to be at 1.5GHz?

Now if the below details from the Device Info X app are indeed correct , I sense cheating here. Unless, I have been ignorant enough to not know it already.
