BB Z10 is not switching on

Hi,

My BB Z10 suddenly is not switching on. i checked it connecting to PC and i could see a red light blinks and i tried to hold volume buttons along with power button again i could see red light and disappears.

I googled it and followed the steps to Reinstalling the BlackBerry OS and when i connect to BB link using PC, my mobile is not recognized by BB link.

Could you help me in solving this issue and reload the OS. since my phone is blinking when i connect to PC, i know the issue is only with software.
