please post about problems described and not to say yours has none

In paragraph #2 of this thread I started a month ago http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...phones-785194/
I asked "please post about the problems described below,
and not to say you've had none of these problems"
The request was an attempt to stymie those who post
to say they don't have the diagnosed problem in THEIR phone.

Here is the entire paragraph.
"Caveat: I am sure that many people have not had the same problems,
so please post about the problems described below, and not to say
you've had none of these problems.

In that thread, I referred to a blackberry.com thread:
BlackBerry Z10: Top 5 things you should know «Inside BlackBerry - The Official BlackBerry Blog
Now, if you click on that link, and go read the very few remarks there, you shall see
a small number of unusual problems. I wrote them.
I couldn't even send any email out, unless it was
a reply to an incoming email. This magically disappeared
on Day #2 of my second Z10 phone (and that was after I had
contact with employees of teamblackberry.com, they and I being
in the same room and speaking for many minutes privately )

A few of my diagnosed problems ended up being discussed widely
in Crackberry.com because many other people also had these problems
and then posted a lot about these problems.

Some of my diagnosed problems disappeared. I don't know more than that.

To be explicit about it, I'll write something out fully which has not been
written out in Crackberry.com discusssions about the Z10 : There Is No
1-800-free-number-to-call-Blackberry for purchasers of the Z10.

Now, I thank you for reading until here and I ask only that you
exercise self-discipline and restraint in helping those who experience
real or perceived problems getting their new Z10 to work as expected.

Please post about the problems described by the apparently honest users,
and not to say you've had none of these problems.

If you cannot help the user with the problem, refrain from posting merely
that your Z10 does not exhibit the problem that the user has detected.

It is normal for YOUR phone not to exhibit problems. Do not pollute the thread
by posting "Hey I don't have that problem". Do not lengthen the thread by
posting only that.

Instead, refrain from posting -- or work with the user to help her/him to
resolve the problem.

Once again, thank you for reading this till the end.
