Unread Mail issue on Z10

Hello !!

I have been a die hard blackberry fan since the past decade and i have just switched over to a Z10 couple of days back. I am just getting used to the new OS and have an issue regarding the email service. I need your help/suggestions regarding the same.

Let us consider my company name is XYZ . Lets say i have 2 email ids : sales@xyz.com and finance@xyz.com . They are not configured for Blackberry Enterprise or Ms Exchange Server but can accessed through webmail or downloaded through pop3 service from my email service provider. These emails are accessed by many people in the organization through outlook on pc and blackberry phones. Now if someone else has already downloaded the mail before it came to Z10 handset, then it will be download as "read" mail in my HUB. In my old Bold handset all the mails which were received on my handset were all unread and i could go through them one by one . I get on an average 300 emails a day and there is a possibility that i may skip any read mail.

Plz let me know if there is solution or a way around the address the issue.
