Synching Birthdays/Anniversarys with Calender?

I've tried Mee birthday and didn't really work for me.

My Facebook contacts are synched however not all dates are in Facebook e.g. some contacts have omitted their birthdays.

Therefore does anyone know how I we/can synch the dates from contacts app to the calender app so reminders are made?
